After talking with a couple of other dealers, we felt that we had a good and fair deal at north shore and worked with Andrew Mwangi to complete our purchase. All went well in securing the car we wanted, installing roof rack, and plates, and driving away with our new car on the planned on day. Dmitriy was very knowledgeable , answered all our questions, spend several hours with us to insure we were comfortable with our purchase, and followed up with a phone call after our purchase to insure we were satisfied with our CX5 and answer any questions we may have had on the numerous features the CX5 has. We went in planning on buying a CX5 but Dmitriy spent time explaining the advantages of leasing one . We were not sure that was the route we wanted to go but after talking to him, and him taking the time to explain everything about the leasing process we decided to give leasing a try.
