Secondly, Duarte Bettencourt, the sales consultant, was an absolute pleasure to work with. I was greeted by him with a warm, friendly smile and a firm handshake. He not only made myself feel welcomed and comfortable but also the other people that accompanied me. I knew what I wanted and Duarte helped me get down to business as I had previously done my research on the car. He was patient and kind and I did not feel the usual stress of a sales consultants pressure to do something I didn't want to do. If every car dealership had consultants like Duarte, purchasing a car would be a much easier and a pleasant task for everyone! He understood what I wanted and did his best to make me, the customer happy. He nailed that part! I was more than happy with the deal made and appreciate how much everyone put into making it happen. Willing to work to meet your needs. I did my research on the internet for the car I wanted. The Mazda CX 5 was on the top of my list for it's value, gas milage, ability in the snow and I did my research on the internet for the car I wanted. The Mazda CX 5 was on the top of my list for it's value, gas milage, ability in the snow and towing capacity. I was able to look at North Shore's inventory on the internet and arrange for a test drive with a quick phone call. There was no high pressure sales on the test drive. The sales person Duarte Bettencourt was helpful in explaining the car's features and options. As I was leaving the Sales Manager, Bill Iannelli gave me a negotiating price range for the car that made me want to come back after test driving other brands. Duarte was very helpful in setting up appointments for the negotiation of the sale and the meeting with the financial manager. He made sure my time was not wasted waiting for the managers. On the day of delivery, Duarte picked me up from work to bring me to North Shore Mazda to pick up the car and do the final walk through. More
