Six Stars I was so happy I went with this dealership. Everyone says I'm a great negotiator (others do) and I did my comparison shopping and although I took quit I was so happy I went with this dealership. Everyone says I'm a great negotiator (others do) and I did my comparison shopping and although I took quite some time to decide the exact features I wanted, the actual price negotiation took only about 20 minutes (time is money). And Dmitriy in sales was awesome and gave me good advice when I was unsure of features; he didn't push a more expensive feature on me that was not a good value just to get extra money. I'm a very demanding difficult shopper and was treated with respect and also had a few good laughs and the whole process was super easy and fun! Not too friendly or annoying and over-selling me but efficient and lean with quality product to offer. I also had some serious problems at the RMV paperwork and with registration (identity fraud terrible!) and the executive Lauren gave me extra time and personal follow up to make sure that my registration was all set since there was a registration delay. She took the extra time and consideration: thank you Lauren! I was in no rush to sign, took my time to find the best dealer, and hope I will be happy with the service contract also since it includes free maintenance every other visit and loner etc; seems like the more high end quality service offered at luxury Japanese car dealerships. Six out of five stars. And I know I got a good price that was a very important thing to me; that I got the BEST VALUE for my dollar. This is the only Japanese car I've ever driven except for my first car a Nissan; I'm super loyal to Jeep and GMC and American cars still quite am but they just didn't get the price and value and customer service experience to make me drive one off the lot. And I'm much happier with Mazda: new and fun! I do want to leave this review open; I've had a review before I could not delete and I want to give this car to my mother and I know she is a lot more difficult and evil; I don't want them to be mean to her when she's acting like Satan and expecting a foot massage and free new loaner for 3 weeks. I don't like it when reviews lock you out of your own datum. And I've been driving my Mazda car for about a week and she's really beautiful. I am very careful to break her in nicely and take good care of her etc etc etc. I really feel in closing that I got such a great value and such a great price and am in a car that is the best. I'll never sacrifice the best for a cheaper price, never ever, ånd I got the best car at the best price ever! More
