Excellent Car Buying Experience I have procrastinated in purchasing another car because of the whole car buying process. My older car was literally falling apart and not safe to driv I have procrastinated in purchasing another car because of the whole car buying process. My older car was literally falling apart and not safe to drive anymore. It was now time to put my procrastination behind me to purchase another car. Upon entering North shore Mazda, I was greeted by Duarte Bettencourt. He was friendly, courteous, and professional (not to mention a great sense of humor!). He took the time to show me some used Mazda 3s and Mazda 6s. I originally was looking for a Mazda 3 until he showed me this beautiful 2016 Mazda 6 with very low miles and a stunning color (titanium flash mica....a bronze gray). I took it for a test drive and Duarte educated me about all of the specs of the car. I decided this car is for me! Duarte made the whole car buying process painless. And because my older car was unsafe to drive, Duarte made it possible for me to bring home my new Mazda that same day! Purchase of 2016 Grand Touring Mazda I couldn't speak any more highly of Duarte Bettencourt! He does not give you any high pressure sales pitch and allows you to negotiate in a fair, str I couldn't speak any more highly of Duarte Bettencourt! They didn't even want to negotiate and in the long run I was pleased because I got a much lower price at NorthShore, for the identical car. Even after the car was purchased, I picked it up days later and Duarte took quite a bit of his time in showing me the car settings, hooking up my bluetooth, setting my radio stations and even telling me the best way to remove dust from the exterior of the car. I feel he goes above and beyond the typical car salesman. Larry, the finance guy, also made my sale a pleasant one, by finding me a lower percentage on the interest rate for the loan. More

Fun day driving and shopping I have been looking for a used Mazda 3 hatchback manual transmission for over 3 months and when North Shore Mazda had one listed, with low mileage, I I have been looking for a used Mazda 3 hatchback manual transmission for over 3 months and when North Shore Mazda had one listed, with low mileage, I made plan the next day to take it for a test drive. Since that car had just come in, they did not have time to detail it, but I was more interested in how it drove. I had never driven a manual trans. before so i brought a friend for the long distance drive, but our sales person Diomar Fuentes was patient with me while I gave it a try in a parking lot too. The car drive well so i decide to purchase it that day. Negotiation were really easy and low pressure and we settled on a fair price rather quickly. After the sale was completed, Diomar registered it and helped get an inspection stick since the sticker would have expired the following month. A week after purchase I went to North SHore Mazda for the pickup and noticed one tire was bad. Manager Dan McBride replaced the tire for me and the car was ready for pickup during the week. Unfortunately I was not able to pickup the car until the weekend but it was ready to go when I returned the next saturday, they even got all the bumper stickers off. Diomar was great to work with and extremely helpful with all my questions. I would recommend North Shore Mazda be included in your shopping plans for a new or used vehicle. It will definitely be on my list when looking for my next car. More
