2 trades and a brand new car I was shopping for a new car as my Range Rover was coming off lease. My sales associate, Duarte Bettencourt, drove home with me and took my trade right from my driveway. Happy customer, good experience. Looking forward to driving something new. The finance manager, Dennis Card, provided me with many options from financing, to purchasing outright and leasing. The staff was patient with my requests for various purchase scenarios. In the end, I ended up with a great new model Mazda that is unique, sporty, snazzy and suits my needs for AWD. Highly recommend. More

He was very easy to talk to and I showed up without an appointment one day to test drive a Mazda 6 and Andrew was the first person I interacted with. He was very easy to talk to and gave me a tour of the vehicle before we went for a drive. He was comfortable with me taking a second lap of their "test track." I popped into the dealership a few more times to ask follow up questions and Andrew continued to be helpful. Jovan was courteous over the phone when providing quotes and answering other questions. I finished my experience with Duarte, who was also polite and easy to work with. I purchased the vehicle for a price that compared favorably with other area dealers. The whole process took a little longer than I would've liked (2 1/2 months), but I believe there are two factors why. First, I had never bought a new car before, so I was learning as I navigated the process cautiously. Second, the packages I wanted were not available on any cars in their inventory and my car needed to be located out of state. In the end, I felt very satisfied with my overall experience. The people I interacted with, whether it be a quick greeting or on repeat emails/phone calls/visits, were all very friendly and helpful. I never felt like I was being suckered or pressured, even in the F&I office. I always felt like my thoughts were being heard and questions carefully considered. I would certainly recommend shopping here for a new Mazda! More

Dmitriy ended up being anything but that as he took a more hands off "here to help" approach to the buying process. We ended up purchasing a beautiful new CX-5 which was originally not on our list, but one that we quickly fell in love with after a suggestion from Dmitriy. There were a few minor hiccups during the financing process for us, however Dmitriy continued to work to make the process as smooth as possible. More
