I was a little hesitant when I first pulled up since the dealership was a little on the smaller size, but the staff were very friendly, professional and committed to doing business. My sales associate was Andrew Mwangi, he was very excellent. He took time to explain all the details in the car I was looking into, answered all my questions and was phenomenal to work with. He knows the business well. I also need to mention the finance manager, Brian who was also fantastic. I came in with a number I had in mind for my car's value and he was able to get it as close as possible without all the hassle and negotiating. I went in to the dealership just to pick up a friend of mine and once I seen some of the cars they were putting out, I had to ask the salesman, Tony, all about it. I hated my previous car and couldn't wait to get out it. The deal was seeming unlikely due to the large inequity in my trade, but brian in finance made it happen. I couldn't be happier. More

When I arrived I was introduced to Teresa who had a HORRIBLE attitude, as soon as I was seated I could hear her using vulgar language from across the showroom as she belittled the sales consultant.
