When we first arrived Dmitriy took the time to sit with me to get a good feel of what I really wanted and made sure it happened. I left there completely happy and satisfied. I feel I got a really great deal and an amazing car, plus a friend for life. Financed 2006 Subaru Legacy wagon 98K miles After an exhaustive search, I found a vehicle that met my two criteria; 4X4/AWD and a manual gearbox. I was a bit apprehensive about financing a car, After an exhaustive search, I found a vehicle that met my two criteria; 4X4/AWD and a manual gearbox. I was a bit apprehensive about financing a car, as I had gone through a house foreclosure, car repossession, chapter 7 bankruptcy, and dissolved a business all within the last three years, but Brian in the finance department was miraculously able to find a bank that would finance me, albeit at 17% which was around what I expected, given my pre-existing financial circumstances. After I was approved, I met with Donovan, and we took the car for a test drive. He even sat and conversed with me as I waited to get into the finance office. The car had a window sticker of $8,200, was advertised on Auto Trader at $7,700, and in order to get me financed, they lowered it to $7,400; a pleasant surprise. It is a great car; it got me through the blizzard, cutting through the snow with ease. The only issue was a faulty steering belt, which would only present itself after sitting for a few hours, and when it was cold. I spoke with Kathryn in the service department over the phone, and met John upon arrival. The car was fixed in approximately two hours, at no charge to me. Now my car runs great, and hope to have it for years to come. Overall, this has been an excellent car buying experience. It is a welcomed change to see good, honest people in a profession synonymous with subterfuge. I would recommend this dealership to anybody, especially those of us who don't like to hassle and haggle on the price. More

I closed my sales transaction with Duarte Bettencourt and Richard McNeil. The overall experience was a very good and straight forward one - better than any other prior car buying experience. Duarte put me at ease right away, he was very friendly, seemed trustworthy, he was very patient and helpful - and he kept me well informed at all times. He also followed up well with an additional dealer option/install that I wanted for my vehicle. I did not give a full 5 stars on "Price". I believe I obtained a fair price - but not a good price (2.4% off of MSRP, not even working from Invoice, no incentives, blah). I don't like the process of negotiating.. so I accepted it because I feel I got a fair price on a trade in for which I was offered KBB value. The trade-in offer matched one other Mazda dealer and bested another, so I knew it was fair. My experience with the Finance person (Dan ?) was also very good. The smoothest I have ever encountered. He explained all the options intelligently but without pressure or games. I felt comfortable, the numbers were all correct as expected. Smooth and easy. Thank you Duarte, if it was not for you -- I would likely have not purchased the vehicle. Good job. More
