We had seen that North Shore Mazda had excellent reviews so when we found a car we liked on their website, we didn't hesitate to set up a test drive appointment. Communication was quick and convenient through email. We worked with Tony Pasuy, who was a really nice, down-to-earth guy. He answered all of our questions and made the car buying experience almost easy. Another family was interested in the same car, at the same time and Tony worked hard to get us a deal that we were comfortable with before the other family and we drove home our new car that day. We had hoped to get a little more for my trade-in, but overall, we walked away happy with our purchase and very pleased with the experience we had at North Shore Mazda. Great staff, no pressure, and great customer service. Highly recommended! More
