Making a desicion on buying a new car can be overwhelming....not so at NorthShore Mazda!! My purchase was discovered, sold, and driven away in the matter of 3 hours and on a Sunday!!! I can't say enough about the sales staff, feel like we are old friends already. We will be because I am sold on the dealership as well as the automobile. NorthShore Mazda is a member of a small group of dealerships owned by a family from Connecticut... The Shaker Group.... I just called the dealership to get the name of the Group and Kevin answered the phone and actually thanked me by name just by remembering my voice!!! Caller ID couldn't have been the reason because I didn't call from my phone!! Now thats a person and company that I want to do business with!! And I will continue to travel from Boston to do just that! You are a person and not a number here! The incentives and programs offered by the Shaker Group are most generous and attractive!! My salesman,Jovan, is GREAT! Someone that I will buy my next Miata from and hope to once again deal with the nicest guy originally from Ohio, Kevin, when it comes time to sign those ownership papers!! Great job guys!!! Will be back and will dfinatly spread the word. I never am inspired to write on an sales experience so many of them are just average...this one definatly wasn't...it was way above!!! I initially went into North Shore Mazda to check out the Mazda 6 and the CX-5. Donovan Dodge took me out for a test drive in each. Dmitrity invited my daughter and I inside the show room and asked what was important to me in a car (and didn't try to suggest anything exceptional! They even helped me get my wife a keyless entry for her 2010 Mazda 3 for 200$ less than other places quoted. These guys understand that happy customer is a returning Customer.
