Welcome to North Shore Mazda in Danvers, MA. The origin of North Shore Mazda began with our grandfather, who got into the car business while selling vegetables at the Farmers' Market in Waterbury, CT. It was there that he decided to start fixing the trucks that both the merchants and the farmers used for business.
With three generations of ownership, we have grown our New England business into 6 stores in two states. North Shore Mazda opened in late 2012.

From the first time we saw the car on the lot to the delivery of the vehicle our salesmen made everything easy. The dealership went the extra mile to see all of our concerns were addressed. Had a friend recommend dealership. It was a good experience overall. The salesman was not pushy. The sales manager was easy to negotiate with. My husband and I worked with Jovan while purchasing our new CX-5 and had a great experience (I know - hard to believe at a car dealership!) Jovan was friendly, helpful and worked with us to get us to the e new CX-5 and had a great experience (I know - hard to believe at a car dealership!) No high pressure sales tactics, and even came in during a storm because he had committed to a time to meet with us. North Shore Mazda is the best Mazda dealership around. Jovan made the entire process so easy. I did not feel uncomfortable at any point. Eric welcomed me back over the intercom the day I bought the car. Jovan made the entire process so easy. I did not feel uncomfortable at any point. Jason Ludwig is rude, condescending, and overall a poor salesperson. He flat-out refused to negotiate the vehicle price despite the fact that it was priced a minimum of $200 above its value, he lied that salesperson. He flat-out refused to negotiate the vehicle price despite the fact that it was priced a minimum of $200 above its value, he lied that they were closing (it was 7 PM, the dealership closes at 8 PM) to discourage me from test driving the car on the highway, and he dismissed the results of the pre-purchase car inspection and the cheaper car price found at other dealerships as "fishy". Well, apparently it takes one to know one. Do not do business with this horrid, "fishy" joke of a dealership. More
