If you like lies and inferior products this is the place for you. Left dealer on day one slide did not work had to go back. They said the slide needed grease—they said fixed. One day later every light on the dash came on. System shorting out speed sensors no good. Had to go to Mercedes to have fixed. Three days later slide broken again!! Had to spend more money to have it fixed cause North Trail said it was my fault. The step broke - the generator would not turn off unless manually turned off. All these problems were addressed to Jeff Rutherford who in my opinion did not care. I bought the unit in Fla. and during these problems we were in N.Y.—I sold the unit and could not get a refund on my Easy Care policies unless I showed a bill of sale to Easy Care. Easy Care said the refund would be sent by Northtrail. I am still waiting for my refund since June 2; 2021. Every time I call Justin Graham tells me the check is in the mail.This dealer makes the worst dealer in the country look like the best. Like I said if you like being lied to this is your place to be. We purchased a 2107 King Aire. Selection was limited due to Covid demand but service was worse. They took little to no time with a walk through of the coach. Our salesman Joe warned us to call him to help to Covid demand but service was worse. They took little to no time with a walk through of the coach. Our salesman Joe warned us to call him to help get things done. Our coach was delivered with a broken windshield and nobody noticed. The lack of attention to detail is astounding at this place and nobody is accountable. Our friends ordered a brand new Newmar Superstar from the rv show from this dealership. I warned him.... He arrived with his Jeep liberty to hook up to flat tow home and, after being there learning the vehicle for 6 hrs, the tow installer went to hook the vehicle up and nobody installed the air line on his new motorhome. No attention to detail. They had to leave and return on Monday. When the installer hooked up his tow vehicle and told them you are good to go, he began driving home. he got 80 percent home and his steering column locked up and blew two tires and wheels off causing $3500. in damages. This establishment took no responsibility for that. Do not buy here. Zero integrity dealership. Horrible establishment and my worst dealership experience ever. More
