My experience with this dealership was exceptional. From emailing with Samantha who arranged my appointment all the way through. When I arrived, the car I was interested in was already out front, clean as a whistle, and ready for a test drive. My salesman Sal Akozbek, was caring, informed about the car (even though it was a Ford not a VW), pleasantly answered my question and was concerned about my comfort with the car and the purchase transaction. I was pre-qualified, so the financial process was seamless. I love the car and am so happy that I took the time to look further away from my home to find it.
