I was impressed from start to finish. I submitted an online inquiry and immediately was contacted through text message (my preferred method) to set up an appointment. I went in at 12:30, Sal immediately greeted me with the car all ready for me to take out for a test drive. I mentioned that I was also interested in a different color and trim and while I was out he went and got that one ready as well. Once I decided which one was for me, we went through the credit process where I met up with Chris. He was very kind and helpful and made things quick and easy even with a lot of papers to sign. Sal informed me my car would be ready at 4 and sure enough it was with a full tank of gas too. From there I met up with Sami who was so helpful in explaining all the new technology the Tiguan SEL came with. I probably won't remember it all, but I know if I called she would be able to help me in an instant. Overall this was one of the most seamless car transactions I have been involved in - a 3.5 hour process from pulling into the parking lot in my Passat to driving off the lot in the Tiguan. More

I had been to a couple of other dealerships and left dissatisfied and frustrated with how I was treated. Natasha was a breath of fresh air. Doug was friendly and working through the financial part of the process with him was also pleasant and professional. When I went back to pick up my registration I met with Sami. I thought I had figured out how most of my new Atlas' bells and whistles operated, but boy was I wrong. I am so glad I spent some time with Sami to learn about the safety and 'fun' features of the Atlas.
