Doug was friendly and working through the financial part of the process with him was also pleasant and professional. When I went back to pick up my registration I met with Sami. I thought I had figured out how most of my new Atlas' bells and whistles operated, but boy was I wrong. I am so glad I spent some time with Sami to learn about the safety and 'fun' features of the Atlas. When you purchase a vehicle from N'ton VW, make sure to take Sami up on the offer to do the introduction to the features--you will not be disappointed. Huge thanks to Natasha and Sami. More

We were sent a review form that ended up in our junk mail and when we found it and tried to complete it, it was n back for our next vehicle for sure! I had just come from the Hyundai dealership next door where I my experience left me aggravated and in a rather unpleasant mood. I walked into Northampton VW and was promptly greeted with a smile and welc where I my experience left me aggravated and in a rather unpleasant mood. I walked into Northampton VW and was promptly greeted with a smile and welcomed into the dealership by Sal. We talked a bit and I took a car out for a test drive, I wasn’t impressed. When I walked back in Sami immediately noticed me and we had a conversation about why I wasn’t happy with the car. Sami & Sal took the time to work with me, include my father & daughter who were also with me, and made sure I was excited about the car I ultimately purchased. I absolutely love my new VW Atlas!!! From beginning to end, I never felt pressured or intimidated. Shopping in this dealership gives you a friendly/family vibe. Everyone worked together to make sure I had a great experience.
