Sal and Ben were incredible to work with. We’ll be going back for our next vehicle for sure! We were sent a review form that ended up in our junk mail and when we found it and tried to complete it, it was n back for our next vehicle for sure! I had just come from the Hyundai dealership next door where I my experience left me aggravated and in a rather unpleasant mood. I walked into Northampton VW and was promptly greeted with a smile and welc where I my experience left me aggravated and in a rather unpleasant mood. I walked into Northampton VW and was promptly greeted with a smile and welcomed into the dealership by Sal. We talked a bit and I took a car out for a test drive, I wasn’t impressed. When I walked back in Sami immediately noticed me and we had a conversation about why I wasn’t happy with the car. Sami & Sal took the time to work with me, include my father & daughter who were also with me, and made sure I was excited about the car I ultimately purchased. I absolutely love my new VW Atlas!!! From beginning to end, I never felt pressured or intimidated. Shopping in this dealership gives you a friendly/family vibe. Everyone worked together to make sure I had a great experience. There are some amazing people working here! 😊 More
