Had to change my evaluation. Please, be advised not even two months after pre- owned Tiguan 2016 purchase, an indicator came up to check engine. I would advise to demand computer diagnostics in your presence if you are buying from them, I was assured the car would run without problems for many years :))). Please, be cautious. Customer service is great while they are interested in sale after that they do not stand for their words about car quality. More

I brought in my 2017 VW Passat last weekend to get my 30k service completed. I bought this car last year, and this was my first real maintenance on the car. HONESTLY I wanted to go to Father’s & Son’s VW in service completed. I bought this car last year, and this was my first real maintenance on the car. HONESTLY I wanted to go to Father’s & Son’s VW in West Springfield, but because of work I only would be able get service done on Saturday and F & S have no weekend hours so i ended up at VW in Northampton. I must say i was quite happy with my service here. Aimee was amazing! Super friendly! Very open & clear! During our transaction she shown to me she is willing to go above & beyond for the customer. I am impressed with my experience here & will without a doubt come back. Let me just say as a manager I would be proud to have Aimee on my team. More
