We are so happy with how easy it was to buy our new car yesterday! Alexandra could not have been nicer and more patient! She was knowledgeable and made us laugh along the way. We are on our second VW from Northampton VW because of service like this and we previously had 2 Nissan’s from Northampton Nissan. We love the Tommy Car group and it’s loyalty program. You are the only team that was so flexible with Covid. It shows that you care and understand. We had quite the unusual issue with our Tiguan an the service team could not have been better. So we will keep coming back! So thank you, Alexandra and everyone who got us into a safe new car so quickly! More
