The original quote from another VW dealership was $3,000 which included items that did not need repair and Northampton VW provided the technical expertise and the video to rebuild trust in the repairs required. Cassie got me in immediately when I shared my concerns about immediate repair being required so that I could make the 10 hour round trip that I make every weekend.
