Northampton VW bent over backward to ensure that I was happy with the deal I got. Their sales people, Grant Goodwin and Dwane Smith not only sold me the car, but went so far as to educate me on how to break in a new engine, information on the differences in gasoline to help me save money even after the sale. When I ran into trouble with financing, Ashley didn’t just shrug her shoulders and leave it to me to figure out, they spent the extra time to make sure I got a low rate and a payment I could afford. They were patient with all my questions and didn’t pressure me to make a decision. For the first time, I own a car that I didn’t have to compromise on and am very happy with it.
