Awesome buying experience! We had an awesome experience when purchasing from this dealership. We pretty much knew what we wanted (the Tiguan SEL), but wanted to take some time t We had an awesome experience when purchasing from this dealership. We pretty much knew what we wanted (the Tiguan SEL), but wanted to take some time to look around and be sure. When we came to the lot, we walked around for about 5 minutes, and we were greeted by Grant. He came out, asked us if we'd like a tour guide or if we just wanted some time to look, and gave us his card in case we had any questions. We really appreciated this, because sometimes it's nice to just look at your options before you're asked a bunch of questions about what you want. When we were ready, we went inside, found Grant and he was so helpful and accommodating through the entire process. We also wanted to test drive a Jetta, and he was very helpful with this. Once we finally decided on the Tiguan, we walked out to the lot, showed Grant which one we wanted, and began the paperwork process. They gave us an excellent price (in our opinion, and compared to a neighboring VW dealership), and the paperwork from start to finish took about an hour. Myron (the General Sales Manager) was phenomenal to work with, as well! Very thorough, kind, and knowledgable. Overall, loved our experience here, and would definitely return here for future business or highly recommend! More

Grant Goodwin has been in car business sales for many years and I have complete faith in his professionalism and fairness. He found the car (2017 Volkswagen Tiguan) my wife was looking for and we went with his recommendation to take a look. The dealerships slogan is "your going to love it" and they certainly live up to that motto. The transaction, negotiations and support staff across the board do their job...and they do it well! More

I originally walked in being interested in a completely different car (used BMW), but wasn't so into it after taking it for a drive. I wasn't sure where to go from there, but, in no time and without being pushy at all, Grant got me into a car I'm now really excited about. Truly excellent and communicative the whole way through. This was an enjoyable and easy process, thanks to Grant and also to Greg, who handled the paperwork and was very helpful and easy to work with.
