Great experience purchasing a used Golf GTI Amber was fabulous to work with during my purchase of a used 2015 Golf GTI Autobahn model. She was happy to accomodate my chaotic schedule, and took special efforts post-sale to insure all quality control measures had been taken. She even discovered a problem with the windshield I had missed and got a new windshield installed quickly. My general experience with the dealership (including service of a Routan and a Golf) has been exemplary. My only complaint is with the time taken and methods used by the Finance Dept (not Amber) to offer maintenance services during the contract phase of the GTI purchase. More
