Very impressed The service department at VW is right on top of things. I received multiple phone calls and text messages to make sure I understood what was happening The service department at VW is right on top of things. I received multiple phone calls and text messages to make sure I understood what was happening with my car. I loved getting the video from the tech showing the progress of the job. Plus, they gave me a timeline of when my care would need a particular service; ie replace tires; fix brakes etc. More

Excellent salesperson experience. I had been searching online and on various sites including CL for a used VW Beetle for a second vehicle. On my routine search on Saturday 27 February I had been searching online and on various sites including CL for a used VW Beetle for a second vehicle. On my routine search on Saturday 27 February of the internet I found a VW Beetle that interested me and called the dealership and was transferred to talk to Gerson Alfaro, who was the salesperson. My interest was only to get information about the car but after a pleasant discussion with Gerson and his invitation to come into the dealership to just look at the car, I agreed. My plan was not to actually purchase a car but his way of dealing with me, courtesy, non aggressive sales behavior and friendliness won me over and I decided to go ahead and buy the car, after several months of looking. The overall experience was very positive and I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to call or stop by and contact Gerson! Russ Clark More

NoHo VW - OUTSTANDING SERVICE I brought in my 2013 VW Touareg for the sunroof rubber frame to be replaced. NoHo VW supplied me with a loaner car for the 3 days it was going to take I brought in my 2013 VW Touareg for the sunroof rubber frame to be replaced. NoHo VW supplied me with a loaner car for the 3 days it was going to take to complete the job. When I returned to pick up my car not only did they do a fantastic job on the replacement, sunroof works perfectly with no noise but they also went the extra mile to have the inside of my car professionally cleaned and shampooed. They take complete care of their customers for sales and ESPECIALLY for service which in my opinion is more important and is how dealerships get and keep customers!!! More
