Not the best I just bought the car 7 weeks ago and got a service message. I have put less than 1000 miles on it! When I called service department to find out what I just bought the car 7 weeks ago and got a service message. I have put less than 1000 miles on it! When I called service department to find out what was the deal they said it was because the oil change was over a year old. Seriously? Why would you sell me a car that would need to be serviced right away? There was also 2 recalls that needed to be done. The gentleman I spoke with said to bring it in and they would take care of the oil change & the recalls, no charge. That info was not put in the computer and when my husband brought the car in he was told that we had to pay for the oil change, which he did. Ridiculous! I had to fight with them about it. In the end I was promised that we would get refunded. Fingers crossed they take care of it. That is the only reason I am giving a "good" mark. I hate feeling that I am being taken advantage of. More

normal service swapped the tyres with the winter set and had a general checkup of the car. all went well, they found nothing wrong and I really liked the way they gi swapped the tyres with the winter set and had a general checkup of the car. all went well, they found nothing wrong and I really liked the way they give you the report, because they shoot a small video with the mechanic that shows what he found. brilliant, highly recommended. and the staff is very friendly, which is always a plus :) More

Best car buying experience in a long time My Sales Person, Jillian Robinson, was AMAZING!!! She listened to me and was as patient as could be during the entire process. I felt at ease with her while on the test drive and discussing the deal. She was honest and admitted when she did not know the answer but did get the answers to my questions, which is very refreshing. The dealership was a very comfortable environment, wide open and very clean! No one interrupted my sales person during the entire process and never once did I feel any pressure. The entie staff were super polite and professional. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND putting Northampton Volkswagen on your list of dealerships to visit when looking for a new car. They gave me a great deal for my trade and on the CPO car I bought! Definitely the best car buying experience I have had in the 7 years or more!!! More
