This was my first car buying experience so I did my homework on the car and dealer. Both lived up to my expectations and beyond. The sales staff was very friendly and personable. The sales manager, Chris, answered all my questions I had before I came in. The sales person, Rich, made the process easy and enjoyable. He allowed me to spend quality time in the car for the test drive and to make sure all the bells and whistles worked before making my decision. My actual rate was lower than the initial quote. John in financing worked hard to get me a great rate and explained my warranty options that fit my budget. My deal was completed without any pressure. Thank you to the staff that welcomed me in and treated me like a friend, working with me to get my dream car. More
