Mark Flynn was absolutely terrific to deal with. I had visited other dealerships, but only Mark and Northampton Volkswagen were able to get me the car that I was looking for. I went to Northampton Volkswagen expecting to have to deal with a pushy sales person, but I found that that was not the case at all. Mark was very friendly, personable and very knowledgeable as well. My husband and I felt extremely comfortable. We were very pleased with the price of our trade and the vehicle that we were purchasing. We do not ordinarily enjoy shopping for a new car, but we had an extremely positive experience working with Mark Flynn at Northampton Volkswagen. He is a very knowledgeable salesman who spent a lot of time with us in order to find the car that fit our needs and was able to answer all of the questions that we had until we felt that we had made exactly the right choice. This dealership is further away than a couple of other Volkswagen dealerships that we visited, but it was by far the best experience for us and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a new car. Everything was very well organized and presented in a very clear and understandable way and we were able to complete our purchase much more quickly than we expected. More

Mark is good to work with. He is very informative and did not make us feel rushed or that he had better things to do. We looked at a number of cars at different dealerships and out of the five; Mark was did not make us feel rushed or that he had better things to do.
