I needed a new car again, and all I had to do was call my expert Tom Wood. I told him what I needed, and he had it for me within 24 hours. Also after discussing my personal needs, Tom and I decided a lease expert Tom Wood. I told him what I needed, and he had it for me within 24 hours. He discussed various timeframes and options to help me decide what would work best for us. I always feel that Tom is looking out for my best interests. He also suggested a service plan to go with the lease, which I initially rejected. After speaking with Dick Dickinson in finalizing paperwork, I decided to go ahead with the service plan. Grace Wood was there,too, to make me comfortable while waiting for paperwork to be completed, etc. When I picked up my car, all programming was completed, as Tom knows I am not a computer expert! Tom showed me how easy everything was to operate and I was on my way. I can't imagine going to another dealer to buy a car. The car was filled up and clean when I picked it up. They talked me through all of the features and how they worked.
