First car I have driven that massages your butt. Joe did an outstanding job in getting me squared away in my first Lincoln. I had a different vehicle in mind, but due to the other dealers who failed Joe did an outstanding job in getting me squared away in my first Lincoln. I had a different vehicle in mind, but due to the other dealers who failed to act in a timely fashion, I was forced to change gears and ended up in a brand new MKZ! When I went for my test drive, I was adjusting my seat position and inadvertently started the massage option. I will never again be without that option. The car is gorgeous. The lease was reasonable, the whole experience was delightful. I will look forward to learning all the other things that car can do. I wish I was as smart as the car. More

Staff rude Phone operator was rude when contacting dealer to check on vehicle serviced. Service does not call you , you have to call them?
