This manager, Michael Cristian, made me feel so small. It took me 5 times over the course of 2 weeks, through call text and email to find someone to get him on the line for me. And when he finally answere It took me 5 times over the course of 2 weeks, through call text and email to find someone to get him on the line for me. And when he finally answered he had no idea what I was inquiring about. (Or pretended not to) after about 5 minutes of him making feel dumb and ungrateful I was upset and he proceeded to gaslight me and I stated I didn’t like how he was speaking to me he then told me he didn’t like my foul language. I asked to speak to the regional manager and he said there was none and that he’s the highest I can talk to. This is all I reference to my mirai purchase on 11/18/23. This man does not care about his customers and doesn’t care about how he treats them or getting back to them when they have concerns. I was left to feel like my small 15k purchase wasn’t worth his time. Unforgettable experience. More
Will most likely screw you over. Doesn’t manage his team well. The staff is friendly but it’s a front. Had to pay a real mechanic to do work they claimed to do but did not. I was trying to work remotely with ben since I live 6 hours away. In beginning he was being helpful but after asking him for multiple pictures of the $42,000 vehicle i was wanting to purchase cause I cou hours away. In beginning he was being helpful but after asking him for multiple pictures of the $42,000 vehicle i was wanting to purchase cause I couldn't read out what brand the wheels were, I proceeded to ask him for more pictures and he said “I already sent pictures yesterday, have you heard back from your bank”. Instead of sending more pictures he's just giving attitude and asking If I've heard back from my bank, way to let the customer know you’re just interested in the money and not accommodating the customer instead. With all do respect I understand Im not the only customer they are working with. I am not going to jump from one day to another to purchase a $42,000 car without asking for as many pictures as I want. If you are thinking of working remotely look else where because they don't care about giving you a comfortable shopping experience here all they want is your money. Don't waste your time here. More
