Will most likely screw you over. Doesn’t manage his team well. The staff is friendly but it’s a front. Had to pay a real mechanic to do work they claimed to do but did not. This manager, Michael Cristian, made me feel so small. It took me 5 times over the course of 2 weeks, through call text and email to find someone to get him on the line for me. And when he finally answere It took me 5 times over the course of 2 weeks, through call text and email to find someone to get him on the line for me. And when he finally answered he had no idea what I was inquiring about. (Or pretended not to) after about 5 minutes of him making feel dumb and ungrateful I was upset and he proceeded to gaslight me and I stated I didn’t like how he was speaking to me he then told me he didn’t like my foul language. I asked to speak to the regional manager and he said there was none and that he’s the highest I can talk to. This is all I reference to my mirai purchase on 11/18/23. This man does not care about his customers and doesn’t care about how he treats them or getting back to them when they have concerns. I was left to feel like my small 15k purchase wasn’t worth his time. Unforgettable experience. More
