Purchased a new vehicle the best vehicle purchase I have ever made. The New Northside Chevrolet has definitely changed since the new General Manager Ed Burgess has taken the leadership from Dean Hardy. I ha ever made. I had a problem with Dean very rude did not seem to care about the satisfaction of his customers. Ed is totally different meets customers and helps them to have a great vehicle experience. Carl Campbell the salesperson who found the perfect vehicle for me. He was courteous, very knowledgeable, straight forward, and bent over backwards to satisfy the customer. Great new manager and team at Northside Chevrolet. Highly recommend this dealership with a large inventory. More
Your salesman kept on offering things that he could not come through with. When I called the sales manager, he is just as bad!!! Learn some respect!!! I am not the type of person to write reviews, but the service that I had received on Saturday 01/23/21 was very horrible. The salesperson we had was Cesar. He was with me for about 5-10 minutes. He told me that he was going to get his jacket from the main building and come back. He never came back... literally left me in the back by myself looking at cars with no help. I walked back to the front and there he was and looked at me straight in the eye and did nothing. I went to a Cavender Toyota and walked out with a new car. Northside Chevrolet LOST A CUSTOMER DUE TO RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Please re-evaluate customer service with this salesperson. More
Bought a vehicle recently. Sales person (JD) was awesome! However, I personally witnessed the GM Dean “berate out loud” an associate for the entire show room to see and here. He had the nerve to even argue with me when I pointed out how rude/loud he was being and how he did not need to berate the associates for at least 20 people to witness including customers and employees. I really don’t leave reviews but when your service to the buyers is beyond bad then I will go to make a point so that nobody waste their time or receive bad service! So first off the GM of the establishment has no best interest in providing great deals or service to the customers. They reach out acting like they ready to serve you & send you on a wild goose chase. Then their salesman Caesar is completely in trustful & caught in three lies not knowing I already have the answers to my questions. & when I confront him about it now he pretend to remember & act like it was an honest mistake. This dealership starting from the top has no integrity, honestly, values, or leadership so anyone reading this do not waste your time !! More
Bought a crate engine from Northside Chevrolet had it installed by my mechanic engine came with the oil sending unit and it leaks oil they said that they were not going to honor it or replace it cuz they installed by my mechanic engine came with the oil sending unit and it leaks oil they said that they were not going to honor it or replace it cuz they say it did not come with it but when I took it out of the crate oil sending unit was already mounted on the engine block so now I have to go by another one when I shouldn't have to More
Well, I took my 2002 Corvette in for an oil change. Presented my coupon to service center and was told it couldn’t be used for an oil change. Coupon does not state not used for oil change. They also suggested more work that wasn’t asked for, ie spin balance of my brand new tires. Coolant flush, transmission flush.Oh yea, my 2002 corvette only has 14250 miles on it. Pretty picky who works on it but will be looking for a performance shop to do any and all work, and the moneys I will save will be more than these $50 coupons they don’t even honor. Today is 12/29/20 and what’s even more funny got more worthless coupons in the mail from Northside Chevrolet. More
Made an appointment for 10:00 AM to perform an oil change on my 2015 1500 Silverado High Country. Of course they tried to upsell me on various additional services that would have cost me an additional $2500 on my 2015 1500 Silverado High Country. Of course they tried to upsell me on various additional services that would have cost me an additional $2500+. Even though I made an appointment at 10:00 AM my vehicle wasn't done till 2:00 PM. I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership and have been having my friends and family purchase here. I've been a loyal customer since it was called Tom Benson Chevrolet, then Alamo City, and now Northside. It saddens me to see that the customer service has steadily been on a decline. I live on the far west side of San Antonio and would drive 45 minutes just to go to this dealership because of the customer service. After this last service I will not be going back to this dealership nor will can I recommend it to anyone else. Which is really to bad as I am looking at trading in my current High Country and purchasing a new 1500 High Country. More
