Took my truck in to get serviced at 9:00am. - John

Took my truck in to get serviced at 9:00am. I didn’t get it back until after 3pm. I wasn’t provided with updates regularly and didn’t know what status was. It started off good with the mechanic providing update. But that’s when it stopped. It was for an oil change and 25,000 inspection. Nothing too crazy for it to have taken 6 hours. I didn’t purchase from here but it’s close to where I live so I get serviced here. When I did try to purchase there, it wasn’t the best experience and ended up going to a dealership in Pleasanton. A couple of family members have purchased vehicles here. And my first service went smoothly. But purchasing and this second service was less than desirable.

My husband and I had just parked when a friendly staff member guided us to Cecilia. Last month, we were car shopping for our son and visited several dealerships. We weren't very impressed by them; however, Cecilia was very professional and listened to what WE wanted. The Finance Manager, Hector, was also friendly and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. He even got us a better interest rate than from our bank! Service Dept. is terrible! They never called me know what they found when I took it in for issues with my 4WD.I went by and they said they could not call me as their phones were down.. mind you as I arrived they were standing outside talking on cell phones! I went by 3 times to find out what was going on with my vehicle and no one from service was there to help or could get on the phone and the sales guy- manager on duty- was rude! Their story was they could not follow up with me on a call due to phones being down at their location-When I said, "You all have cell phones!" he threw the paper with my information at me and said, " I can't help you- have a nice day"... Then- on top of all of that, They let my friend pick up the vehicle without even calling me to confirm he had permission to do so!!! REALLY????!!!! Terrible service! I bought the car from them... 2 months later I bought my son a new car- and I DID NOT buy it there!
