Brought my 2017 Silverado in for some warranty service. They had my truck for 9 days. Timeline was based on authorization of payment from my warranty company. No issue with the work performed. When I came to pick up my truck the inside had been ransacked. Everything in the dash board was thrown on the front seat. Items from the center console were thrown on the floorboard. About $20 worth of loose change was missing. Items stored in the bin under the rear seat were thrown across the back floorboard. An iPod and a credit card were missing from the truck. The disposable dealer floor mat and other trash, including disposable masks were left on the drivers side floorboard. I made the service dept cashier aware. She came out and looked in the truck. She told me she would notify the manager. As I continued to go through the truck and discover missing items, I went back into the service dept and notified the manager. He explained that there had been some break ins at the dealership. He said there was nothing he could do and that he was not liable for my losses. He also stated that no one in the service dept was responsible. However, there were no signs of forced entry into my truck. I concluded that the truck was entered utilizing a key or it was negligently left unlocked. Either way, I do believe the dealer should accept responsibility for my losses. No type of restitution was offered. Only a denial of responsibility. I will not be returning to this dealership because I do not have any confidence that my truck will be protected while it is in their care. More
Told oil change was $59, actually cost $69. Should have been told upfront about total cost. Previous service experience with Ralph Diaz and JR Rosales on my 2011 Suburban and 2015 Tahoe was very good. When been told upfront about total cost. This is similar to a cable provider with the extra adds. Not happy with communication. It is a small thing, but impressions are determined by the small things. I am buying a new Suburban next spring and it will not be from this dealer. More

I had a bad experience here recently. I’ve been coming here for some time and service has been adequate. But, on a recent visit, they couldn’t find my warranty info that should have been on file and blame here for some time and service has been adequate. But, on a recent visit, they couldn’t find my warranty info that should have been on file and blamed it on a system change and then blamed it on ME that I didn’t have my warranty paperwork so I would have to pay out of pocket. Then, the sales clerks were not responsive when I needed to speak to finance about my paperwork. I called multiple times in an afternoon to get connected with someone (I left my info and they of course never called me back). Mask use in the sales side was also poorly executed. Sales clerk had her mask off multiple times that afternoon when I was there and the finance rep didn’t want to wear one in a small office! (saying their business didn’t require one in an office which is ridiculous if that is true - to not wear a mask in a small space with poor air flow!). I had tell them I was in health care just to put it on - which shouldn’t be the case). Sadly - I would no longer recommend this dealership to others after this experience. Please do better next time - do better for your customers and staff. More

I stand corrected! I had a bad experience the first time I went to Northside Chevy, I received a text from the asking how my visit went and I told them not very good. They asked for a second chance and set me up with a sales associate Johnathan and sales manager Cody. Wow what a difference! they blew me away with their professionalism. Needless to say I am now there proud new owner of a charger R/T. They gave a me a great price,. awesome traded value and offered me with an extended warranty that I could not refuse. The finance associate made all the paper work very easy ( Mr. O sorry I could not spell his name). This all happen because of one woman's determination that I had a good experience. So thank you to her she set the whole meeting up! More
I called the day before to confirm prices, and they never mentioned there would be other separate charges like labor. So I went back to them and they immediately denied ever touching the glovebox, saying they would never open it. Then I responded, “how were you able to change the cabin filter then?”. Then that’s where they realized they were wrong, and said “you’re right”. This causes us great dissatisfaction. What if I didn't need To open the glovebox before leaving the dealership? That would've meant going back, more time, money wasted. Not to mention safety in this pandemic time! Plus, you would think, charging 3x more would be better service! Why did they change the cabin filter carelessly causing the glovebox not to open! Poor experience. Never coming back and spreading the word. This isn't the first time, Northside Chevrolet. We got screwed here back to when we got the car, from the agent Sergio who also didn’t give us the promised referral fee. All the time we are displeased with everything. Also explains why the good people there like Too Tall and Josh left! Crooked management and agents like Sergio. Will never come back after the last cabin filter experience. Hope this reached the right people and fix that awful dealership!! More
