Wayne knew his product and his pricing. Although he told me the offered price would not be beaten in this area, he was not offended that I shopped. I shopped hard and found he was correct. Went in to look saturday and preowned vehicles and even though we didnt buy anything Matt and David were both very willing to help show us whatever we wanted to look at and never made us feel pressured. I could not find the Expedition EL I wanted Northside Ford went out of their way to find the exact vehicle at the price I wanted. The salesperson took his time and went over all of the features (I was te Ford went out of their way to find the exact vehicle at the price I wanted. The salesperson took his time and went over all of the features (I was terrified of the Navigation System) and made sure I understood how to use it. When the vehicle came in with a vibration when I was on the highway and the service manager personally took care of everything in a quick and professional manner. I have previously driven luxury vehicles and the level of service I received ranks right up there with Lexus and Mercedes. Thank you Northside Ford. More
