Horrible service So I thought my 2 1/2 hour oil change (with a scheduled appt) was just a bad deal and maybe a bad day for service.....WELL, here I am on a Saturday mo So I thought my 2 1/2 hour oil change (with a scheduled appt) was just a bad deal and maybe a bad day for service.....WELL, here I am on a Saturday morning at 7 am with my 5 year old sitting in service. I called and scheduled an appt for 7 am because I have a lot going on and my life is all about schedules right now....I pulled into the bay and was informed that I'll be here waiting most of the day. I asked why because I have an appt...I was told the appt was just to check my car in not my service time (keep in mind I'm the first car here). So now I'm stranded here all day with a 5 year old?!? This is ridiculous and completely unacceptable! Not only will I not come back....I'm never buying another Ford! More

Great internet prices with great customer service. I found a truck at their website, called in to verify price. Spoke to a Sam Hassan (sales) and he said, yes the truck is still here come and see it. A I found a truck at their website, called in to verify price. Spoke to a Sam Hassan (sales) and he said, yes the truck is still here come and see it. Arrived at the dealer, met with Sam, did a test drive and even ended up getting other discounts than what was already posted in the website. Whole process took less than 2 hours, out the door with my new truck. Have gone back since to do oil changes, and the service is still excellent. This was the best price I found for the truck, and Sam made everything go smooth. More

I didn't even go to Northside Ford to purchase a new truck, I was looking for a car for my son. Ken's willingness to answer all my questions even thought I told him I was just looking was the main motivating factor that made me decide to go for it. My new F150 is great! I will recombined North Side Ford to and Ken to all my friends and family from now on. Good JOB!! More

Poor service dept Scheduled my truck to service the front driver side speaker , drop off the truck Friday at 7am tech didn't even looked at the truck. Even after the sale he has been really helpful and gone out of the way to make sure all the items we discussed have been taken care regardless of the time, ect. Pleasant Experience For a first time car buyer, I was extremely hesitant and anxious about signing my life away to a 3 year lease. The gentleman I worked with didn't pres For a first time car buyer, I was extremely hesitant and anxious about signing my life away to a 3 year lease. The gentleman I worked with didn't pressure me, and I came back 3 different times before signing the lease. While he stayed in touch regularly to make sure I didn't have new questions or concerns, I never felt annoyed or as though he was hovering to make a sale. Everyone else in the dealership was very friendly and respectful (as they should be) but it all felt very natural and as if they cared more about my well being and not my potential sale. The only complaint I have is the gentleman in Finance didn't seem to know too much about my lease deal, specifically. I asked a question or two that he couldn't answer which I felt was little odd, seeing as how he should know the banking details of my deal. I got a response of "Ya know, I'm not sure. I'm just the bank guy and you should have gone over that with your Sales guy". He did, however, get me through and done very quickly, which is why he may not have known all my specific lease details. I appreciated how short of a time I had to wait and how quick signing went, as from experience, not all dealerships are fast on Finance. (Boyfriend had to wait at least an hour at Toyota!) Overall, I'm happy. It was a good place to go! More

Hidden Charge Had the them do a transmission flush. Price quoted was $299 but bill had an extra $30.
