I just called northside due to a oil leak that I had recently developed on my 2010 F150, the receptionist was very friendly and forwarded my call to a service advisor "Stephanie". That is when things we recently developed on my 2010 F150, the receptionist was very friendly and forwarded my call to a service advisor "Stephanie". That is when things went down hill quickly. I stated to Stephanie that I had an oil leak and I'm assuming that it was coming from the transmission, she immediately cut me off and stated that the "transmission guy was booked for three weeks", I proceed to tell her that it was a leak and it was not an internal transmission problem and I'm also just assuming that it was coming from the transm... You guessed it... I got cut off again and she stated "there are other Ford dealers in San Antonio, you might give them a call to see if they can get you in quicker". Okay..., I understand you guys are busy, can I make an appointment for the oil leak, my turn signal is not operating and I have a lower RPM "clunk" as well... Stephanie: THE SIGNAL IS A BULB AND THE CLUNK IS A MAINTENANCE ITEM THAT SHOULD OF BEEN TAKEN CARE OF AT 30K MIKES!... WTF! I immediately called another dealer that could assist in a professional manner. The other dealer stated that they would get my truck in within 48 hours, diagnose the oil leak, signal (bulbs are fine Stephanie - I would of told you that but you would of cut me off) and lubricate the slip joint under warranty. Thank you!!! I'm also in the market for a Raptor or Platinum since my F150 is paid off and I tend to upgrade about every three years!!! More

I traveled various dealerships in San Antonio and have had encounters with pushy salesman, obnoxious, and some that do not even know the vehicles they are selling. Dino never pushed and was professional at all times and I highly recommend him to anyone wanting a new Ford. The sales manager which I did not get his name was also great in working rebates in my purchase. I did not feel cheated walking out the door as I usually do when I purchase a car. I felt good and had secured a great deal and was all smiles as I drove my F150 FX4 off that lot! I will definitley become a loyal member to Northside Ford from this point on. More

My truck came in for crank and no start. The service team was great at getting it fixed and back to me in a timely manner. The reason they recieved a lower rating is we spent $1600; they didn't do a courtesy was great at getting it fixed and back to me in a timely manner. They claim that they do not wash vehicles after service and that they do not give out fuel. More
Larry was pesistent but not pushy. He offered repect without pandering us with the usual goofy sales techniques. He also kept to the schedule that he promised us up front. Scott Saltz even met me on his day off to ensure my car was detailed and the sale was closed out. This dedication is what builds and sustains customer loyalty to the brand and the dealership. By the way, the Northside detailing shop is amazing! The person in charge is a perfectionist who ensures his staff autographs their work with excellence. I witnessed him give my car the "white glove" inspection and it was perfect upon delivery. I take great pride in my work and attention to detail is the hallmark of my trade. I am very happy to do business with a dealership that values service and excellence.
