Both Connie and Vivian were good listeners and attempted to identify my preferences and explain how various features and/or models might fulfill those preferences. If anyone in upper level management re to identify my preferences and explain how various features and/or models might fulfill those preferences. If anyone in upper level management really cares about my response and takes the time to note these comments, I would submit the following: I am aware from dealing with Ford dealerships over the past 25 years that customers may go away feeling they have been "pushed" or "manipulated" by the overall complexity of the paperwork and finances (or other frustrations), yet these items really have little to do with areas the sales person can control. Penalizing sales people when there is a "less than perfect 5 score" suggests management is not really concerned with the real customer reactions, but the objective is getting the desired score. That further frustrates any negative feeling a customer may have and PREVENTS the customer from being able to really "rate the company." Why should sales people be penalized for things they can't control? The same inappropriate "conclusions" derived by the rating system apply to the customer service people who get penalized when someone actually doing the service may be the controlling entity. It's a failed system. Please change it (if mgmt really wants to know how customers feel "about the dealership." More

Ben also took time to explain the different systems (cruise control, Sync info, dashboard info systems. I never felt that I was being rushed, yet everything to do with purchase seems to have been completed. Great experience! More
As I approached the dealership the employees were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Daniel was super friendly and great to work with. He worked very hard to get us into the right car. We had a few bumps along the way which delayed the process, but Daniel never gave up. Purchased car under Z plan, so no haggling. Salesman discussed the car's features at length, even after we had signed our life away, as we spent another hour in the car going over numerous items. He guessed that not much was working its way into my noggin and told me to come back with questions at any time. Only glitch in whole sales proceedure was when we were with the Finance person. We had already spent 3 hours at the dealership and both of us were not up to par by this time. We were just told where to sign each document with limited explanation of each. We ended up going back the next morning to alter the contract as we did not want an extended warranty, which had somehow made it into the vehicle's final price. Two other charges we accepted once told what they were. One was Etching charge which we found out was a dealer charge for something already accomplished on all their products. The other was a GAP charge; insurance to cover the difference, in case of Total or Theft, between car's value and owner's insurance company's payoff. Other than that, it was a good deal all around. This is the fourth vehicle I have bought from Northside, course having a brother who worked for Ford Motor Co has allowed me to do so without the haggling usually associated in car-buying. More

When I went in to Northside Ford, I was greeted by Arthur Bryant. I appreciate the fact that he was kind and automatically felt like a friend/customer. When we went to the new truck section he was able to completely describe every asset my new F150 had and was very knowledgeable about the truck from the headlights to the tail lights, as well as the engine and the validity of the individual engine parts inspection dots. I have purchased many vehicles thus far and would highly refer family and friends to Arthur and Northside Ford! What a great car buying experience. I went in found the car I wanted, Jack gave a great in informative test drive. and had a great steal(deal).
