I was very specific on the vehicle my husband and I were to purchase. Northside Ford had the only vehicle, with the specific features we wanted in the entire state of Texas. I called Northside Ford, spoke with Marty, he walked to the vehicle with me on the phone to verify that the vehicle was there on the lot and it had all the features we wanted. We drove in, traded in our old Explorer and got our new Expedition within hours. (this was after 2 months of calling all over Texas searching for this vehicle). Marty was straight to the point and pulled no punches. It was a pleasure not only walking into their incredible showroom, but also dealing with Marty himself. We had previously dealt with other salesman at different dealerships that only wanted to sell us what they had on the lot and would not look for the vehicle we did want. Thanks Marty! Oh, and the credit department was also incredible. Very knowledgeable and we ended up with a better financing rate through them. I would have to say just walking into this dealership is worlds apart from others. More

In regards to the salesperson I dealt with he was very knowledgeable and very expertise on his salesmanship. I really enjoyed the salesperson for his honesty & integrity. Now it seems that I'm having problems with the truck, and I'm very disappointed in it since I've only had it for 2 weeks as of today, but I will try to adapt to it, I'm a 65 year old woman and I only hope it gets better in time. Most of their presentations sounded pretty canned, not showing much interest in us personally, only in our buying a car they had from them. Ron's approach was different. From the beginning, it was apparent that he wanted to work with us to find the right car for our needs. He was patient and attentive to us, always polite and courteous. when we had questions, he had the answer or found someone else on the very friendly staff who did. The process went very smoothly and quickly but we never had the feeling that we were being rushed. He even took time after the sale to take us around the entire facility, which is amazing, introducing us to people we would need to know and places where we would need to go as we worked together to maintain our car in top condition. Gary was outstanding and kept me well informed throughout the process/services on my truck. The mechanic, name unknown, was also exceptional. I initially brought my vehicle in for a check engine light and the process/services on my truck. The mechanic, name unknown, was also exceptional. I initially brought my vehicle in for a check engine light and the problem could not be detected. The mechanic told me what to do if it went on again and reset it. Two days later, something else felt wrong and back in I went. The same mechanic took it for a ride and knew what was wrong. He spent the whole weekend trying to determine the exact problem. He fixed it and then went back after the check engine light problem since he already had my truck. He found that problem and returned my truck with everything fixed. I could not be more happy and satisfied. I travel twice as far to get service at Northside Ford and pass another Ford dealership....they are that good. During this entire period, Gary Bloomer kept me well informed and made the visit worry-free. My wife and I met John the first thing Saturday morning when we arrived at the dealership. We told him the specific vehicle we wanted to get pricing on, but at our request, she showed us several more, too when we arrived at the dealership. He never rushed us or seemed like he just wanted to make the sale and move on to the next customer. He gave us all the time we wanted to look around and make our decision. John told us that he had not been at Northside long, but he was very professional and knowledgable about the Ford product. If he didn't know the answer to a particular question he didn't try to make something up - he asked someone else and got us the right answer. Buying my new F-150 was a very pleasant experience! I also want to say thank you to Tony Franklin who assisted us with financing questions. As was the case with John, Tony was very attentive and gave us all the information we needed.
