My husband and I wanted to buy him a new pick-up truck last year. We drove to all the San Antonio Ford dealerships and when we got to Northside Ford and met Carl Campbell, we knew we were at the right pla last year. Mr Cambell made us comfortable and sold us a beautiful F150 crewcab truck. In April, my husband passed away and I was stuck with a beautiful huge truck that I was afraid to drive. The first person I thought of was Carl Campbell. He was awesome. I traded in my F150 and drove away in a gorgeous Edge. I love it and I'm so grateful to Mr. Campbell and Northside Ford. More

My first contact with Northside Ford was on the Internet when I asked for info on buying a new Ford Escape. I had a very fast response, with offers to help me find the right vehicle for me. I set up an appointment for the next day and met Dino Urdiales at the dealership. We talked briefly and I said I was interested in an Escape or the Ford Edge. He got the keys for them and I drove both. He was very knowledgeable about both vehicles and provided a wealth of info. He got a price for me for my tradein vehicle and provided a purchase price for me for the Escape I was interested in. I left to discuss it with my wife and we returned the following day to pick out the color of Escape we wanted. Dino had everything ready and our entire time at the dealership was about one hour and we drove out in our new vehicle. Dino was friendly/professional/knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
