I brought my car in for a 80K The Works. I was very pleased with the job and the a/c filter replacement. A sticker was placed on my windshield stating when my next checkup is due. Took my car in for a recall on the Powertrain Control Module. When I called for an appointment was told that it would take 2-3 days When I got there, was told might be ready same day. They would call Module. When I called for an appointment was told that it would take 2-3 days When I got there, was told might be ready same day. They would call me when done and would deliver my car to my home. I left between 10-10:30 am and they delivered my car a little after 1:30 pm. I was very satisfied with their service. More

This visit was simply to quicklane for an oil change. First come, first serve. The only reason not maxed out at 5 is because of the wait. 2+ hours.
