Purchased a car Dec. 14th from this dealership, the salesperson was amazing, but beyond that, I don't have the words to describe how much of a disappointment the service department and the staff are. I've been having trouble with the transmission since the very next day after purchase (Dec. 15th). I sent a screen shot of the diagnostics and all they did was clear it on their end, but never had the problem taken care of, or even respond. I finally received a call back today Jan. 06, 2022, only to be left on hold for several hours and still have nothing resolved. When in the process of purchasing, I got quick responses, since then, nothing!! More

My Fiat 500 air conditioner stopped working. Northside Imports was on the warranty approved list, so I took it there. On the first visit, they said they could not find a leak or any other problem. So, t Imports was on the warranty approved list, so I took it there. On the first visit, they said they could not find a leak or any other problem. So, they charged for the inspection and filling with refrigerant. This was not covered by the warranty. After a short time, the air conditioner stopped working again. This time they found a leak in the system they did not test on the first visit. This was covered by the warranty, but they only removed the deductible because I complained about the first visit charges. After another short time, the air conditioner stopped working again. I took it in for repair, and they said another part of the system was leaking, therefore it was not covered under their warranty. Also, during this time, the car warranty had expired, so I had to pay the full charges of $948. They did give me a coupon for $100 off though. Camron, the service representative was fine, but I cannot recommend their repair department at all. More

I live out of state and was looking for a Benz. I called the dealership and was connected to DeLawrence Woods. He immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. This was one day after the power had gone out during the snow storm in February. With limited power and at times rolling power, he managed to conduct business for me to purchase my vehicle. He kept me informed on a daily basis as to the status of my car being purchased and ultimately shipped to me. I must say I was extremely pleased with Mr. Woods's professionalism, integrity, and personal character. I would recommend Mr. Woods to anyone who is in the business of looking for a vehicle. Lastly, after my car was delivered to my home via the auto transport system (which Mr. Woods arranged as well), he continued to stay in contact with me to assure everything was in order and that I was pleased. Never knew buying a out-of-state vehicle would be so easy! More

Loved working with Jeremy and was very personable with no complaints. Vince on the other hand almost lost the sale for him when I was handed over to the finance side. Disappointed & Dissatisfied. In September we brought our Maserati Ghibli here due to noise coming from our power steering pump. Our Maserati is under CPO warranty so they replaced the power steering and rac Maserati Ghibli here due to noise coming from our power steering pump. Our Maserati is under CPO warranty so they replaced the power steering and rack & pinion. Well when we picked the vehicle up they said we needed tires. So we replaced the tires. After their work the vehicle did not drive straight or track properly. So they gave me a wheel alignment and tried to charge me for it. Due to them taking the steering apart a wheel alignment is a must and should be part of the labor. This went up to upper management’s level and yhey did not charge us. Thank God. Anyhow, 2 months later I had to replace the front tires due to excessive wear. Well now again in December I had to replace the tires once again. So I decided to schedule an appointment for them to take a second look at the vehicle. Well that was a bad idea, the service specialist Cameron had such an attitude and advised me it was the wheel alignment before properly diagnosing. All we want is the vehicle to be back to normal, which requires a second look or more attention. Mind you, on the initial visit Cameron was our service representative. I canceled the appointment and will go to another dealer to take a look at my vehicle. I’d rather drive further and give someone else my hard earned money. Sad part, I purchased Cameron a gift card in the beginning for good service. If I could take it back I would. I do not recommend this dealership. More
