Brady Lamar at Northside Lexus...excellent service!!! First off I've always had Excellent customer service at North side Lexus and its my go to dealership. I would take it to West side Lexus as its about First off I've always had Excellent customer service at North side Lexus and its my go to dealership. I would take it to West side Lexus as its about the same distance as North side but I had a bad experience at West Side and so have my friends. I called in to set up an appointment, they appointed me to Brady Lamar as my service adviser and sent me an email as a reminder of when to bring my car in. When I got there I was greeted with a handshake and down to business. I told him that I needed my recalls done, he check the database to make sure and set it up. He told me it will be 3 days to have them done and asked if I will needed a rental, I said yes and I mention to him that I was interested in test driving the New GS350 because I was thinking of buying one at the end of the year. Now I've been to other dealership and when I request for a car usually they give me whatever they had ready which is a ES or a RX. Brady tried to get me the GS but they were all out and got me the New IS350 which was really nice too. He assured me that when a GS was available that he would make a priority to call me. Sure enough next morning a GS was available and I got a call bright and early, When I got there front desk had my paper work ready, the car was washed and clean and ready to be driven out. When my car had its recall done Brady let me know that I needed the 75,000 mile service, cabin air filter needed to be replaced and my rear tires are worn. I told him I could take care of those on my own and that I needed to have my differential fluids replaced. He had that knocked out in 30 mins and I had my car back ready to go. So overall North Side Lexus does not disappoint, staff is great and Brady Lamar is very helpful. More
