Always pleased with Northside Lexus Dorthy Sausley is my service Rep. She is efficient, thorough and pleasant to deal with. Everything was ready when I arrived and I was in loaner and Dorthy Sausley is my service Rep. She is efficient, thorough and pleasant to deal with. Everything was ready when I arrived and I was in loaner and on way in 20 minutes. The scheduled 5,000 mile maintenance was completed on timely basis and I had my car returned by 4:00.
