I was on my way to work Thursday after Christmas and low an behold the car wouldn't start - dead battery. Jumped the car and headed on over to the dealership with no appointment to see if they could help m an behold the car wouldn't start - dead battery. Even though they were obviously busy with scheduled appointments (day after Christmas and all) Jacque greeted me at the door - always smiling and willing to help. I told her I was backed up at work and trying to get there as soon as possible. Jacque said no problem - we will get you out of here as soon as possible (I was out in 2 hours! - couldn't believe it). I really appreciate how fast Jacque and the maintenance team jumped on my dead battery yesterday morning…..and the icing on the cake was they were also able to update my inspection sticker....and wash my very dirty car! Lexus impeccable “Customer Service” is why my husband and I will probably always buy from Lexus when shopping for cars (we currently own two). Truly, Donna McMillan More
