She is terrific! I will close by offering this observation - I have a 2008 Lexus. My wife has a 2008 BMW. EVERY time we have a service issue with the area BMW dealerships it is a painful experience - they do not meet promised deadlines, they are not particularly pleasant to deal with, we are always having to guard against upselling by service advisors. In short, in light of our contracting experience I will NEVER buy a BMW, but would absolutely buy another Lexus from Northside Lexus. Not even a close question. Keep up the great work. More
