I came in for my first service and expected to not pay for balancing. So fine, it's not included, which is orally considering I paid $65K for a new car. An hour later I was up again asking for a status. There was a loose piece under back panel that needed to be glued back, that plus a tire rotation and balance should not take 2+ hours. More
