we had a 3pm appointment to Pick up the car, after waiting 3 hrs and only one manager coming over to say hello, and the GM not acknowledging our wait at all, when the car was finally brought back from waiting 3 hrs and only one manager coming over to say hello, and the GM not acknowledging our wait at all, when the car was finally brought back from the 'car wash and being detailed' the person who checks us out with the new plates (not sure if his title) realized that the insurance card was wrong and somehow it was MY fault. If the documents were reviewed earlier we could have called our insurance company to update during our wait. Ultimately we did not leave the dealership until 7pm. 4 hrs to pick up a car when all the paperwork was completed online is ridiculous. To have to GM not get up from his desk to check in us is inexcusable. The pickup of the vehicle definitely marred and extremely positive experience with Johan. More
