Absolutely the Worst Dealership Experience I’ve Ever Had I drove 3.5 hours with three kids to this dealership after speaking with Mohammad, the salesman, who knew I was coming to look at a specific v Had I drove 3.5 hours with three kids to this dealership after speaking with Mohammad, the salesman, who knew I was coming to look at a specific vehicle. You would think with that much notice, they’d be prepared, they were not. The second I arrived, I was shoved into a cubicle and left sitting there for 45 minutes with no communication. When someone finally spoke to me again, Mohammad told me he had to go retrieve the car from another lot 10 minutes away. Sounds easy enough, right? Wrong. It took FOUR HOURS to get the car. Four hours of being blatantly lied to over and over: “It’s 20 minutes away,” “They just have to get it out from behind other cars,” “He’s 15 minutes out.” Lies, all of it. Once the car finally arrived, after wasting over half my day, it wasn’t even priced correctly. I was expecting the $28,000 price listed online and instead was handed a $40,000 out the door cost. Then they had the audacity to try and miscalculate my down payment and out the door cost, do they think I don’t own a calculator? When I brought it to their attention, The sales manager acted as if it was just a miscalculation after a long day, mind you it was almost a $3000 “miscalculation”. It took 2 more hours to settle on a price. Then another 2 hours to get in with the finance guy. I was in that place for 9.5 hours with kids in tow, 9.5 HOURS. It gets better. I get home, it rains, and guess what? The windshield leaks. Now I can’t get anyone to call me back. Days go by, and radio silence. This place is a joke. Disorganized, dishonest, and completely disrespectful of people’s time and money. I get that salespeople have a bad rep, but this was beyond that. Save yourself the nightmare. Don’t go near this place. More
