I purchased a car from NorthStar Kia was extremely disappointing and did not reflect the level of quality and safety promised through their “guarante I purchased a car from NorthStar Kia was extremely disappointing and did not reflect the level of quality and safety promised through their “guaranteed” extensive inspection. Shortly after purchase, I discovered multiple serious issues, including the wrong battery installed for the vehicle, a leaking windshield, a broken axle, a broken seatbelt buckle, dirty oil, and no windshield washer fluid. These are not minor oversights — they are fundamental safety and maintenance concerns. Based on these problems, I can confidently say the vehicle did NOT undergo the rigorous evaluation that was advertised. The car may have “looked fine,” but it absolutely was not. The dealership kept my car for six weeks and still did not complete all the necessary repairs. While the managers were responsive, I repeatedly felt like I was being told what I wanted to hear rather than seeing real follow-through. The condition of the car did not match what was guaranteed. This experience was unacceptable. I would not trust this dealership again and strongly encourage others to proceed with caution. More
