The guy I worked with was great. He was helpful and knowledgeable. The problem is I made an appointment due to 2 recalls on my car and when I got there they didn't have the parts. Wh He was helpful and knowledgeable. The problem is I made an appointment due to 2 recalls on my car and when I got there they didn't have the parts. What's the point of an appointment then?
