The guy I worked with was great. He was helpful and knowledgeable. The problem is I made an appointment due to 2 recalls on my car and when I got there they didn't have the parts. Service is good. Staff is friendly. Premise is awful - no room, no water bottles, no place to park. Just general insanity from when you drive up to when you leave. N Staff is friendly.
