I’m always pleased when I go to Northside kia. I was there recently for an oil change and I had the best service. Very rude finance manager Jim Deleon aka Jimmy He shouldn’t be working with clients. We came in for consultation and were placed in a waiting room after speaking with Irma about our wishes. By the time we met with manager he submitted application for us without a heads up and explanation. When we asked for explanation he gave us attitude and literally walked away. We had to deal with Irma. He is the most rude manager I’ve ever met. So arrogant. Did not address our concerns and questions at all and we weren’t given any options to choose from. My husband completed online application to see his options and he was told that he has high rates because of his poor credit score and that Jim already completed the transfer process from mine to my husband’s name. It was a very unfair treatment. More
The service I received did not fix the issue. The driver side mirror does not open and it was supposed to be fixed. Only to not open again the next day. I have to use a hair dryer to heat my mirror to drive my car. This is unacceptable. Also had tires rotated and was told the notice would disappear after driving only it’s still there after two weeks. I’m still waiting for a call from service about replacing my mirror. It is extremely dangerous driving almost had an accident on my way to service center. More
